Between the 1960s and 1970s the authors captured western railroading in this 80 page index B&W paperbound volume with turbines, mountains, F units, E units, electric motors and lots more. Published in 1975 by Darwin Publications, this book is in very good used condition.

The author is Dave Houston with Greg Brown and Todd Montgomery. This book is published by Daylight Printing and became available for sale at the end of January 2023 . This meticulously researched book is a must read for aficionados of the Southern Pacific in Oregon. Fine color reproduction, superb captions and maps make this book a thorough rendition of the SP in Oregon. Bob Melbo, a long-time Southern Pacific operating officer in Oregon, fact-checked the book. The volume is new.

This 182 page B&W volume describes steam railroading in Mexico, Canada and America in the 19th century. Originally published in 1959 by Superior, this was reprinted by Bonanza Books. It is in good used condition with a plastic sleeve protecting the original dust jacket.
