In 560 pages with over 800 photos, many in color, timetables, maps, brochures and Howard Fogg paintings you will find a comprehensive photographic history of James J. Hill’s GN, including a look at the 1947 newly streamlined Empire Builder. Published in 1978 by Pacific Fast Mail, this volume has a jacket. The jacket has some minor tears and wear. The book is in good used condition.

This large-format 320-page book provides a historical overview of the development of world railways in 10 chapters. It is profusely illustrated in color. Published in 2014 by Dorling Kindersly Publishing, the book is in very good condition with some edge wear at the cover corners, spine and cover edges.

The focus in on how Hunter Harrison led the makeover of the CN. Published in 2008 by John Wiley & Sons, this 254 page indexed hardbound book is in very good used condition with a few photos, many tables and graphs and lots of text.
