This 157 page book not only describes many of the western logging railroads but also includes an Appendix naming every logging railroad by state, location, mileage, number of locomotives and dates operating. Published in 1961 by Bonanza Books, this book is in very good used condition.

This volume describes the logging and railway activities of the Diamond Match Co. in the High Sierra from the late 1800s until terminated under Southern Pacific ownership in 1974. Published by Trans-Anglo Books, this is the second revised edition in 1981. The book is in very good used condition. The jacket has scuffing and two small tears on 1 volume.The second volume has a plastic cover over the paper jacket. The third volume has a 1″ portion missing on the top front cover. This book, numbered 1449 out of 4000 and signed by the author describes multiple Colorado narrow gauge mining railroads. It is in used condition with multiple maps, timetables and well captioned images throughout. Published by Pruett Press in 1962 and is good used condition with a paper jacket with small tears, very small pieces missing in two areas and edge wear. Locator box 3

The California Western links Fort Bragg with Willets, CA and the Northwestern Pacific. Crump tells the history of the CW in 176 pages with 150 B&W images, maps, rosters with 35,000 words of prose. This is the fifth edition published by the California Western Railroad in 1998, this book is in like new condition with minor edge wear on the paper jacket.
