Published by Trans-Anglo Books, this is the second revised edition in 1981. The book is in very good used condition. The jacket has scuffing and two small tears on 1 volume.The second volume has a plastic cover over the paper jacket. The third volume has a 1&#8243; portion missing on the top front cover.
