This volume describes the logging and railway activities of the Diamond Match Co. in the High Sierra from the late 1800s until terminated under Southern Pacific ownership in 1974. Published by Trans-Anglo Books, this is the second revised edition in 1981. The book is in very good used condition. The jacket has scuffing and two small tears on 1 volume.The second volume has a plastic cover over the paper jacket. The third volume has a 1″ portion missing on the top front cover.
