It includes diagrams, rosters, locomotive deliveries by year and by builder. Published in 1980 by Kachina Press, this book is in very good used condition. The jacket has edge wear and small tears.

This volume was published by Motorbooks International in 1996 and has excellent captions and photo reproduction. The book is in excellent condition with a jacket and slight edge wear.
