DONATE TO SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD HISTORY CENTER

The Southern Pacific Railroad History Center receives no federal, state, or local funding. All revenue comes from donations, on-line stores, and memberships.

Your donation will help the History Center to provide a comprehensive website, including an online archive containing documents, photos, maps, drawings, and more   Our online archive has been established through a long term partnership with the University of Missouri at St. Louis Barriger Library, https://digital.library.umsl.edu/node/429850.  The History Center is a tax deductible  501(c)(3) non-profit organization, tax ID 81-4630341.

The SP 8007 was the lead locomotive for the CIBAT11, the last Southern Pacific train to depart Los Angeles on September 11, 1996 for the San Francisco Bay Area using the Southern Pacific’s Coast Route.
