In 270 pahes with 14 maps, 9 equipment drawings and 225 fine photos, the author has captured the mysteries of small railways including the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurcg Light Railway, Edaville, East Bay’s Tilden Park steam operation, Ffestiniog and the Wabash, Frisco and Pacific among many others. Published in 1958 by Howell-North, this book is in good used condition with a heavily worn paper jacket with tears and one square inch of paper missing on the paper jacket top at the binding.
