This book captures the history of the building of the predecessor to the Denver & Rio Grande Western. In 359 pages, this volume depicts every aspect of the building and operation of the Moffat Road including maps, diagrams and plans. All images are black and white except the frontpiece painting by Otto Kuhler. This edition is signed by the authors and is number 118. Published by Sage Books in 1962, the book is in very good used condition. The cover jacket is protected by a mylar cover. There is some grit under the mylar cover and edge wear on the top of the paper jacket.
